Return & Refund Policy

We strive to sell quality products and accurately describe each product made available on this site, and on other sites from time to time. Further, we expect that most of our customers will find our products to be better than expected. As we offer strictly digital products, Connect The Thoughts has a strict no-refund policy.  The exception we make is for failed downloads or technical glitches wherein the product was clearly never delivered.  But once delivered, Connect The Thoughts does have a no-refund policy.

Additionally, we do run sales from time to time. Connect The Thoughts is not obligated to announce or "warn" customers of coming sales.  We do so as a courtesy.  Should a customer make purchases before a sale and then find that the same items are on sale for less, we are not obligated to "make up the difference".  That said, we take such issues case by case, when the financial difference in price is truly substantial.  As it is, we work to keep everyday prices very low, so that such concerns are minimal.

This is a secure store. The credit card data entry and on-line validation is provided using 'Authorize.net' via their servers.

The orders are encrypted and downloaded to our computers which are double fire wall protected and the credit card numbers are stripped to the last four digits before they enter our accounting system.

All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
